The High Judicial Council, through a notice, says that it has not received a document from the General Prosecutor's Office, confirming that GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka has been convicted in Greece for forgery of documents.

The Supreme Court states that as of 20:30 p.m., no letter has been sent from the prosecution, adding that when it officially arrives, it will be administered by the Career Development Commission in this institution.

"Good evening! Honorable colleagues, regarding today's announcement by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the decision to approve the results of the in-depth verification of the statements made in the Self-Declaration Form dated 22.04.2016, for the subject Irena Gjoka (Shpata, Maneku), judge at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, I would like to inform you that as of 20:30 on 20.01.2026, no official document has been received at the address of the Special Court of Justice.

As soon as the letter from the General Prosecutor's Office officially arrives, it will be administered by the Career Development Commission at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and then the relevant legal procedure will be followed. Thank you! ", the announcement says.
