49-year-old Lorenc Lala, one of the members of Laert Haxhiu's group, is being extradited from London.

Also known by two other identities as Kristian Lala and Ilir Lamberti, he was declared internationally wanted after the Ebasan Court in October 2023 set the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Murder for blood feud", "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" committed in a special form of cooperation, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization".

The 49-year-old from Lushnja is suspected of collaborating with Laert Haxhiu, Artan Tafani, a justice collaborator, Lulzim Spahija, Enriko Xhahysa, and Bledar Berberi to kill Albi Bashaliu, an event that occurred in December 2021, in the village of Gjocaj, Peqin.

Lorenc Lala is suspected of having provided the weapons used in the crime, as well as having provided the criminal group's means of transportation and their removal from the scene.
