Lazio coach Sarri gave his perspective ahead of the Coppa Italia final against Inter.
"After Saturday's game, I have 8-9 doubts. We played very poorly as a team," the Tuscan coach began, referring to the league match where the Blues won 3-0. "We had a bad performance. With the attitude we had on Saturday, we won't get anywhere, we have prepared something different."
"The team has been doing well in training these days, we have to hope that Saturday's loss is the result of something mental. So tomorrow we will treat it differently. We will have to be brave and believe in ourselves to the point of madness."
"I'm proud of the season. We made some mistakes, but this team also made me enjoy the game," Sarri continued. "This team deserves to win the Coppa Italia because it has had a great series, eliminating great teams. Compared to the beginning of the season, we are different and have improved on a human level. We crossed the desert without water."
