Prime Minister Edi Rama is part of the 7th National Conference on the Right to Information, a joint roundtable between public authorities, European partners, civil society and media organizations.

Rama praised the progress made by our country, saying that Albania has a stable architecture in terms of transparency.

"I want to start by saying that we have divided the roles, the role of one part here is to see the glass half empty, the other part, where I am also a part, is to see the glass half full.
I want to bring to your attention not the opinion of the government, but of an authority of undisputed capacity, SIGMA. In the assessment of SIGMA, which judges the performance of Albanian institutions with high objectivity, Albania has a stable architecture in terms of transparency with a rating of over 8 out of 10. But I am not here to debate and oppose what was said before. There is a lot to hear and take into consideration from them. Despite the progress made, if we look at the above, we are below.

"If we look at how low we were, on the other hand we are much higher. But this second is a source of motivation for us who want to raise the country higher, and not an argument for you with a half-empty glass who want the country higher today and not tomorrow," he said.
