The patronageist is not simply a socialist or a party militant. Essentially, he is the product of a system that has linked public office with electoral influence and electoral influence with personal power.

These are people with political connections to state leaders, whom Edi Rama delegates to certain electoral zones and gives them a special role: to secure votes.

Most of them are public officials paid by our taxes, and their position in the administration is not judged simply by their professional ability, but by what they can produce in elections. How many votes does it control? How many people and at what ballot box can it influence?

This is why in the administration you constantly hear expressions like: "So-and-so has so many votes at so-and-so ballot box." And here begins the crux of the problem.

When the number of votes an individual brings in becomes the criterion for his state career, public administration ceases to be public administration. It turns into an electoral machine. So, we no longer have simply party militants working for a political entity. We have a system where state function is used to build electoral influence, while electoral influence is used to secure function, power, and personal benefits.

This is the system of vote enslavement that has determined the rules of promotion in public administration, turning elections into a showdown between the state machinery and every other political party with volunteers and supporters.

Yes, if these people being promoted aren't socialists, what are they?

And here comes another paradox. If you filter these structures, surprisingly, you will also find former supporters of the DP and other parties. What unites people with such different political backgrounds? Not ideology, not party conviction, nor loyalty to a party. What unites them is the opportunity that this system gives them to turn influence over the vote into power, function, and personal benefits.

These are directors, sector heads, inspectors, police officers, and people in any other state position, from which they can serve as a bridge between the government and the voters for any need.

This scheme does not need to cover the entire population. It only needs as many votes as it needs to be in line with the predetermined figures.

So, one class, as the spiritual father of communists, Karl Marx, would say, rules over the rest.

This is the reason why there is no political life in the Socialist Party. There are neither parties nor organs there, because the state itself is the party. They do not need supporters nor traditional voters. Nor ideology and nothing party-related, because they have the electoral mechanism under control. For this reason, every day you find fewer and fewer socialists among them.

There is only room there for patronageists, who are barnyard rats of the public goods that this country produces and they eat them.

So, for a tax collector to change his life by stealing from the rest of society, 50 votes are needed.

For a cadastral sector manager to engage in property fraud and pressure, 100 votes are needed, and a patronage director requires 300 votes.

No qualifications, no morals, no skills, just numbers. That's why public administration has been degraded by people of this category.

Albanians outside this scheme must adapt to these thieves' need for quick enrichment, receiving services with cash in hand and being themselves subject to injustices every day, in every sector.

If a simple financial investigation were conducted into the lives of these swindlers, it would be easily discovered that their expenses and wealth are several times greater than their income. These are the assets that are stolen from others by any means and method.

Therefore, friends, patronage is a system of extortion of a group against the entire population. They are the most evil people in our country, who have decided to enrich themselves with the money of the rest of the population, making the life, property and well-being of every citizen conditional. They are the mechanism that does not allow for either elections or prosperity for our country.

But, fortunately, they are very few compared to the majority of citizens who demand change.

For this reason, Rama also ensures that mercenarism in politics is the business of the day.

So, when I hold up a mirror to politics, they often look the same, because Rama is afraid of facing people who want to take power.

He knows well how vulnerable he is and that any attempt to unite the revolt against him in a single ballot box will remove him from the political scene at any moment.

That is why he himself is so interested in politics remaining a client of his tenders and blackmailable at any moment.

That's why we see politicians fleeing from right to left as if it were something normal.

This is the essence, friends: to make politics slime and curb any attempt outside the pan of co-government, so that they never collapse.

This must change, because there is no way such a fable can continue to stand.

For this reason, politics has lost its value, which has now turned into banal jokes and a theater of accusations without consequences.

For this reason, institutions, laws, and justice have been trivialized.

Therefore, this system must be shaken, because they are completely powerless before the majority of people who have awakened from the sleep of apathy and stagnation.

Now they want to overthrow this political culture and the crutches they use as opposition members.

A party that bankrupts protests and public causes, dipping its fingers in the soup of Edi Rama's theft.

Pelivans who hide behind the wealth they have acquired through tenders and who jump in like kangaroos whenever there is an attempt to unite the opposition in this country.

This game must end once and for all.

New Albania is the term chosen against this culture and represents precisely the aspiration of this people towards a system that has robbed and exhausted them for 13 years.

Enough! The end has come.
