Analyst Fatos Lubonja stated that former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has been involved in scandals and it has been seen how decisions were made via WhatsApp.
During the interview on the show "This Week" on News24, stressed that 50 million euros disappeared and no one has provided an answer, while adding that Prime Minister Edi Rama should also provide an explanation for this.
"Just read what went on and how he makes decisions via WhatsApp and what respect he has for the institution and people, that's enough. There is a blatant fact that Rama must clarify. There are 50 million euros that belong to someone we don't know, with Balluk's signature, perhaps with a completely corrupt tender. If SPAK does not charge him, this does not mean that he is innocent, this is a problem for SPAK. Do you have any idea how 50 million euros disappeared? How did they disappear? A tender was made and Gjoka won, this tender was canceled by Belinda and Rama and it went for 180 million and Gjoka does this again. Now these 50 million don't bother you, what? So it is also a regime, as I say," he said.
