Rolando Maran was appointed coach of Albania today. He has signed a 2-year contract until 2028, and was introduced a little while ago by the president of the Albanian Football Association, Armand Duka.
He has also taken his loyal assistant with him who has accompanied him everywhere. This is Cristian Maraner, who has been with Marani at Varese, Catania, Kiev, Cagliari, Genoa, Pisa and most recently at Brescia. The 56-year-old Italian will also be his right-hand man in the red and black national team.
