Initially starting as a revolt for women's rights in 1908-1909 in New York, to be followed by several-day strikes for improved working conditions and increased wages, today, March 8, International Women's Day is celebrated in various forms. Girls who encounter difficulties integrating into society, women who face difficulties in the family, girls and women who rise above evil and build a secure future for themselves and their families.

With a great desire to pursue her studies at a very young age, full of dreams and vision for the future, Manushaqe Ismaili Shalsi recounts how during the communist period she was granted and then denied the right to study, even though she was a student with high results.

A decision that at that time was a huge blow for her and her family that marked the continuation of their lives. Even though a right was denied to her, Manushaqja did not surrender to the fate that others wrote about her. She decided to turn the pain into victory, putting the story of her life on paper, which today includes several literary works published by her.
