Dozens of Ukrainian drones were launched overnight over Moscow and the surrounding region, killing at least three people and injuring dozens. Russian authorities have described the attack as one of the largest on the Russian capital since the start of the war.
The governor of the Moscow region, Andrey Vorobyov, declared that it was a "large-scale" attack, while according to authorities, over 70 drones were shot down by Russian air defenses.
The attack also left many injured. According to Russian media, 12 workers at a construction site in Moscow were injured, while other people were injured in various areas around the capital.
