Massive protests have been ongoing in front of the Prime Minister's Office for about three hours, where thousands of citizens have gathered to express their revolt against the country's political class.
Their main demand is the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his cabinet ministers.
What began as a protest to oppose construction in the protected area has now crossed the borders of Zvërnec, with citizens continuously articulating revolt and overthrow of the ruling majority.
For eight days now, the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office has been packed, while protests have also been organized by the diaspora.
