An amusement park attraction has caused controversy in Italy after it appeared to be coming too close to a neighboring building during operation. The “Super Frisbee,” a game that lifts and spins passengers on a large disc, was installed as part of celebrations in honor of the Madonna della Consolazione in the Reggio Calabria area.

Footage of the attraction has been posted on social media and has quickly gone viral. In the video, the large disc with passengers is seen moving repeatedly and, at one point, coming very close to the building next to it.

This has raised concerns about the safety of the attraction and its distance from the facility. The images have sparked numerous reactions and discussions on social media. According to the “Ferrovieri-Pescatori” neighborhood committee, the competent authorities have carried out an inspection at the scene to assess whether the attraction poses a risk and to what extent.

The committee has clarified that the building the attraction passes by is not inhabited, but is used as an office space. In addition to the safety check, the committee has also requested an official measurement of the noise level, to determine whether it remains within the limits set by law. Investigations and verifications are expected to determine whether the attraction meets all safety conditions and whether its distance from the building poses a problem.
