In 3 years at the helm of Albania, Sylvinho has moved little or nothing regarding the formation, always trusting a certain group at certain moments. Against Poland, his plan underwent a change, this after Rey Manaj, his favorite striker, was injured just 2 weeks before the release of the list.

His absence at the top of the attack and the poor physical form of some players has made Sylvinho mix up the cards, at least when it comes to the offensive phase. In Warsaw, from the first minute, his attacking trio is expected to be Arbër Hoxha, Nedim Bajrami and Myrto Uzuni. This is the same attack as against England in “Air Albania”, a match where the team in the attacking phase expressed itself very well even though they failed to find the historic goal against the “Three Lions”.

Muçi and Mehmeti, the two much-talked-about players and the most in-form elements currently on the national team, are expected to be activated during the match, depending on how this match goes.

The rest of the formation is not expected to change, where Asllani-Shehu and Qazim Laçi will be the "dam" in front of the defense and the link to the attack. The defense is not affected either, a unit that has almost never changed, only in those cases when the coach has been conditioned by injuries. Gjimshiti-Ajeti the center duo supported by Mitaj on the left and Hysaj on the right.

Goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha comes into this challenge in fantastic form, and is expected to be a real guarantee between the posts.
