In a live conversation with the show's author and moderator, Evis Ahmeti, she confessed that her ex-husband raped her even in front of the children.
"After my brother's second marriage, we had many conflicts. In my family of origin, we have 2 brothers and two sisters. I have a problem with my older brother, who is 72 years old.
I was married for 24 years and have 3 children from that marriage. My relationship with them is wonderful. My relationship with my ex-husband, the children have no relationship with him.
I prolonged my marriage for so long just for the sake of the children, thinking that divorce wouldn't be good for them.
I waited for the kids to grow up and then I got divorced. The kids were asking me to get a divorce, but at that time they were teenagers.
There were problems in our marriage for the first 4-5 years of marriage, there was someone else and I still didn't say anything because I had children to raise.
They saw what their father did to me. My husband, besides abusing me psychologically, physically and not working. I worked for him 4.
He even beat me once in front of the children, while I was trying my best to keep the problems from affecting the children and not listening to them.
My ex-husband and I divorced in 2006.
I was in emigration and returned to my parents' apartment in 2024. My parents lived with my older brother and younger brother.
"The police came to my parents' house every week, the property problems started in 1991 because they wanted to kick my older brother out of the house, he was raping my father. He was problematic, and he doesn't even talk to the tribe," she said.
