Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated that Israel has rejected the 15-point document proposed by US President Donald Trump's Peace Council for Gaza.

At a cabinet meeting on Sunday, Netanyahu said Israel will not withdraw its forces from the Gaza Strip as long as Hamas is not completely disarmed.
"Israel rejects the 15-point document," Netanyahu declared, adding that the Israeli army "will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas truly disarms."

According to him, Israeli forces will also continue to act to prevent threats against Israeli soldiers and citizens.
The statement comes as Israel continues its attacks on Gaza, despite a ceasefire reached with Hamas in October last year.

Last week, the US-led Peace Board stated that any Israeli withdrawal from Gaza would only take place after the process of disarming Hamas was completed. This position was made public after a meeting between the director of the Peace Board, Nickolay Mladenov, and Prime Minister Netanyahu.
