A new Ukrainian drone attack hit the logistics facilities of Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries in the early hours of Wednesday, causing casualties and material damage. According to Russian authorities, one person was killed and several others were injured in the attack. The incident comes just days after another strike on the same company killed night shift workers.

Wildberries President and CEO Tatyana Kim said employees at the company’s logistics centers in the cities of Krasnodar and Nizhny Novgorod were evacuated after the attacks. Stavropol Region Governor Vladimir Vladimirov said a warehouse complex in the Nevinnomyssk area was engulfed in flames after a drone strike. “A warehouse complex caught fire after a drone strike,” he wrote on Telegram, adding that several people sought medical help.


Meanwhile, the operational coordination center reported that a massive attack on a company in Armavir caused one death and about ten injuries, but did not confirm whether Wildberries was the target. The latest attack follows Saturday's attack, when two large warehouses of the company were hit, killing eight employees and causing fires that severely damaged the facilities. Since the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine, both sides have intensified air strikes on each other's territories. Drone and missile strikes have increased significantly in recent months, causing a growing number of deaths and damage among the civilian population.
