The Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, is expected to publish on Monday the order calling a meeting of the Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity.

Resources for News24, inform that the order will determine the date and time when the Council meeting will take place, where issues on the agenda related to the competencies of this parliamentary body are expected to be discussed.

The members of the Council are meeting after the Constitutional Court rejected the government's request to suspend the GJKKO measure that dismissed Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku from public office.

It remains to be seen whether the Mandates Council led by Niko Peleshi will consider the request of the Special Prosecution Office.
