"Neymar underwent an MRI on Monday and the examinations showed a good progress of his treatment, within the expected parameters.
"Neymar will continue the recovery process according to the plan drawn up by the Brazilian National Team's medical committee, as the injury situation is improving and evolving positively," the statement reads. The World Cup starts in a few days.
