The official relegation of Bylis from the Superior Category officially opens an unprecedented problem for our country's football.

The relegation of the first team of the Ballshiotëves, as well as the promotion of Bylis B through the First Category play-out, has created a case that requires legal interpretation for the team that will play in the First Category next season.

The regulations stipulate that Bylis and Bylis B cannot play in the same category and that the second team must be relegated. But who will replace it in the First Category?

It remains to be seen how the Albanian Football Association will act on the case in question, which has no precedent and is not foreseen in the regulations. Most likely, the decision on how to replace Bylis B will come from the Executive Committee, which is fully empowered in such cases.
