For 3 days now, the Oncology Hospital has not been providing radiation to people suffering from cancer. According to journalist Osman Stafa, the only 2 accelerators in that hospital have not been working for 3 days. This is because the door of one of the bunkers is broken, and the other has problems with its functionality.

According to the journalist, there are about 100 patients per day who go to the Oncology Hospital to undergo radiotherapy (radiation), as stipulated by the protocol.
2 patients who spoke about News24 and Balkanweb, said they are in a difficult situation, because their fight against cancer has stopped.

Journalist: Did you come here today to get x-rays?
Patient: I came yesterday, the machine is broken. I came today, the machine is broken. No matter how much I suffer, I'll pay for a car to pick me up, to take me, to do an X-ray. I beg the Prime Minister to stop, because we are fighting for our lives.
The doctor says that if I don't do the X-rays, it won't have the right effect. I didn't think I would come to the Oncology Department, God forbid, but at least help us, my dear. I beg the Prime Minister, who came to the Oncology Department 10-15 days ago to see us, to build us a new hospital, because we are fighting for our lives.
I'm going home, and I'll come back tomorrow. I'll come because I have nothing to do. I'll fight to live, as long as God gives me.

The same situation applies to a gentleman from Malësia e Madhe, who says he hasn't been getting a tan for 3 days, after being told that the equipment is broken.

"I'm from Malësia e Madhe, I came to do radiation, and they tell me it doesn't work. I hold the government responsible. We're done like this."
