As soon as he started talking about the Balluku scandal and used the phrase 'you are protecting Belinda's buttocks', Peleshi interrupted him. That was enough for the opposition to 'land' on the floor of the Parliament.
"As long as I am the Speaker of the Assembly, I cannot allow such language," Peleshi said, and then gave the floor to the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla.
