A young man who spoke at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office focused on the departure of Albanians from the country over the last 35 years, accusing politics of not providing answers to the reasons that have pushed young people to emigrate.
He called for a profound political and institutional change, describing the protest as the voice of citizens seeking a different way of governing.
"Many Albanians have left in these 35 years. One question that our politicians have not answered: why have these Albanians left? This is a great strength of a people that has united every day in this century, which should have been the century of Albanian unity. The end has come for these people. The end has come for you! There are many questions: why are Albanians, young people leaving? These people cannot answer this question. This question is being asked by this protest. This land will be governed by us. This protest has been heavily attacked by those who bring water to power. Resignation! We want a new Constitution, a new technical government," he asserted.
