Pancakes with potatoes or cheese

For the dough:
• 400 grams of flour
• 220 ml of water
• Salt

For the potato or cheese filling:
• 2 boiled potatoes
• 100 g cheese
• Oil, butter
• Parsley
• Salt, pepper
For the spinach filling:
• Spinach
• Cheese
• Fennel
• Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

Traditional two-layer pie: cottage cheese and spinach

For the dough:
• 400 grams of flour
• 230 ml of water
• 1 spoon of oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Salt

For the cottage cheese filling:
• 500 g cottage cheese
• 4 eggs
• 3 tablespoons of cream or milk
• Salt, pepper
• Walnuts, optional

For the spinach filling:
• 500 g spinach
• Fennel
• Parsley
• Green onions
• Salt, pepper
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 50 g of butter

Stew with potatoes
• 5 medium potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon of sauce
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (pepper)
• Bay leaf or mint
• Salt, pepper, oil
