A pregnant citizen conveyed an emotional message during the protest held on the boulevard, stating that her participation is related to the future of children and the protection of Albania.
Introduced as Anxhi, she said she had chosen to be in protest for the girl she is expecting to be born and for future generations.
"I am very proud today. I am Anxhi and I am here for the baby that will come to life and for the future of Albania," she said.
The citizen emphasized that the country belongs to Albanians and the generations that will grow up in it, opposing the project that has sparked reactions and protests in Zvërnec.
"All those who have promoted Albania over the years, we will not allow it to be sold. Albania is mine and ours, of the children we have and those who will come to life," she declared.
At the end of her speech, the protester called for the cancellation of the project, saying: "Cancel the project!"
