Tirana Police have initiated criminal proceedings against Adriatik Lapaj and two other activists, who have been protesting in front of the Prime Minister's Office for several months.

According to the official police announcement, Lapaj is accused of three criminal offenses:
"Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 1:

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens AL, EH and AB, for the criminal offenses of "Land occupation", "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations" and "Disturbance of public peace", the police explain.
