On the eve of the protest to be held at Skanderbeg Square in Skopje, called by associations emerging from the KLA war in Kosovo, Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced that the state will be committed to taking care of the participants so that everything passes peacefully and there are no provocations or incidents.

He also emphasized that the government does not support this protest.

"The government does not support it and we do not intend to support it. However, we will make sure that this passes in the best possible order, that there are no incidents, that nothing happens that we do not want to happen. This is not about any political agreement. We, as the government, will do everything from acceptance at the border to the realization and conclusion of the protest. Our strategic partners have been informed about this, while we have also formed a crisis headquarters to follow all activities 24 hours before and after the protest," said Hristijan Mickoski, Prime Minister.
