The 101st protest against the government, which has been a true marathon, has come to an end.
The protest ended at the December 21 intersection. A call was made for those who could, to go to Police Station number 6, where some protesters are being held.
Activist Arben Kola called for the citizens' meeting to take place tomorrow at Skanderbeg Square at the same time as every day.
Today was a marathon day. Citizens protested in front of the Parliament, where they clashed with the police after throwing eggs at the cars of MPs.
They then went to the Police Department and then blocked several streets in the capital.
20 protesters have been escorted to the police station and a call for support has been made for them. Some of the protesters continue to stand outside the police stations, demanding the release of the boys. Journalist Shpend Gashi was released from the police station, as well as several other protesters. The release of other activists is expected. Citizens are demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama's government, which they accuse of corruption and mismanagement.
