"Bring the location!" was one of the ironies heard among protesters during today's rally, as they humorously commented on Prime Minister Edi Rama's meeting with Socialist Party supporters in "Italia" Square, as part of the 35th anniversary of the creation of the Socialist Party.
According to protesters, Rama asked participants in the event to send their location in real time, turning this episode into a subject of jokes and irony. “He didn’t even trust his own people,” some of them were heard saying, while others considered this a sign of the prime minister’s uncertainty about mobilizing his supporters.
The protests have been dominated by banners, chants, and ironies.
