DP leader Sali Berisha has stated that the technology park in Xhafzotaj is actually an excuse to steal hundreds of millions of Albanians' taxes annually.

In a press statement, she stated that companies registered in Troplana, distributed in Tirana and throughout Albania, have a large tax reduction to the point of absurdity.

According to Berisha, they pay a completely insignificant tax to the state, 5 percent, but according to him, they pay the real "tax" to Edi Rama, Armand Frangu through Ergys Agas and Ermal Beqiri.

The decision was made, the zone was announced, and 46 companies were registered in this zone, rated silver, gold, and platinum.
All of these companies, almost all of them without exception, with some minor exceptions, are members of the council created with IT companies by the Albanian IT mafia boss, Ermal Beqiri alias Armand Frangu. Or Armand Frangu alias Ermal Beqiri.
Not that Beqiri is not real, that he is a delinquent who at the end of 2013 stole 20 million tax returns of Albanians from the IT system, with the help of the notorious criminal, Spartak Braho and the order of the head of the criminal organization, Edi Rama, but now after the breakdown of the bargains in Edi Rama's private garden, between Armand Frangu and Gerond Meçe, after his neutralization and his elimination by hostage-taking, etc., etc., Ermal Beqiri enters Edi Rama's private garden as the absolute winner of the tenders in the name of Armand Frangu.
Now, Ermal Beqiri, with the created council, seeks to discipline all companies in the sector and registers them as council members with quotas of 1 thousand, 5 thousand, etc., etc.
What is Troplana?
It is known that every centimeter of territory in Xhafzotaj is under the ruthless control of the Troplini.
Troplana is a virtual free zone.
The companies registered in Troplana are spread across Tirana and throughout Albania, they have no connection, no activity in Xhafzotaj, no employment.
But they have two advantages, they have a huge tax reduction to the point of absurdity.
They pay a completely insignificant tax to the state, 5 percent.
They pay the real taxes to Edi Rama, Armand Frangu through Ergys Agas and Ermal Beqiri.
So in these meadows and fields of Xhafzotaj, which at first glance only look like grass, hundreds of millions of euros are stolen from the taxes of Albanian citizens every year.
Of course, these are just taxes, but hundreds of millions more are being killed by killing competition and guaranteeing these companies registered in Troplana, tenders from the National Agency for Public Enterprises and all other state institutions.

Schemes like Troplana, managed by the famous Lubia number 3, Elira Kokona, on behalf of her patron, Edi Rama, only find favor in Tirana.
But the difference is that in the case of the Tirana incinerator, the territory is without any construction and 130 million have been stolen, in the case of Troplana, again there is no construction, no building, no company located in the fields and meadows of Xhafzotaj, but hundreds of millions of euros have been stolen from the taxes of Albanian citizens.
And they were stolen from the Rama family.

And just like in the case of the Tirana incinerator, for which the two absolute main responsible parties, Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, were not investigated for anything and were never questioned, being its main perpetrators, in Troplana no one has been questioned to this day and it is known that Elira Kokana, who, just to avoid spoiling her face in front of you and the citizens, can be given any kind of epithet for her act towards the citizens.
He has been at the forefront of a scheme called a technological park where there have been only meadows for years, while hundreds of millions of euros in taxes from Albanian citizens have been stolen.
This scandal once again proves the highest level of incrimination of the head of the criminal organization, Edi Rama.
It proves that his serious economic crimes and thefts are limitless.

It proves once again the absolute necessity of the rise of Albanian citizens and his removal from the government by all means.
The head of Albania's largest criminal organization, Edi Rama, has gone ahead without any restrictions in stealing and embezzling the budget, revenues, and public assets of this country like no other dictator on earth.
