The protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office was accompanied by harsh speeches and direct accusations against the head of the executive, Edi Rama, following the announcement of the verdict of the Hague Special Court against the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

During the speech in front of the government building, one of the protesters highlighted the distorted impartiality of international justice, which spares the Belgrade leadership and punishes the defenders of the nation. “Not just 4 members of the KLA have been punished, but every Albanian. From the deepest roots of history, our land, our people, have been constantly fought for, even though we have never attacked any other country! But we have always been the ones attacked, and unfortunately, instead of punishing the Serbian president, the former servant of Milosevic, the people who risked their lives to protect the interests of the nation in the most just war of this people are being punished!” he declared.

Further, the speech emphasized the danger of historical oblivion and the failure of official Tirana to build a common interstate front with Pristina, articulating the growth of national awareness in the face of international indifference. "This is an event that calls us that the war has not gone far, it has been a few years since it happened and we must not forget it because if we forget history it repeats itself! We have seen our Prime Minister with the clashes he had with the governors of the Republic of Kosovo! We as a people have learned that from difficulties we rise stronger and now the demand for Ethnic Albania, when Europe does not ask about our nation, is greater than ever!", the protester underlined.
