Journalist Erl Murati, invited to the show "This Week", described Rama's change of course with justice, compared to his behavior before the arrest of Erion Veliaj.

Murati said that if until yesterday, the prime minister dismissed his subordinates and allowed SPAK to investigate them freely, in the case of the mayor of Tirana, as well as Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, who are under security measures by SPAK, today he has decided to face the justice institutions.

Erl Murati: KThere has been a change in Rama's relationship with the judiciary in recent weeks and it can be seen in several elements. Until yesterday, we saw the prime minister dismissing his subordinates and they becoming targets of SPAK, such as Ahmetaj and Ilir Beqaj.

We noticed the change in course with the arrest of Erion Veliaj, who was arrested on duty while a year or two before he was active with Rama, as well as continuously with other officials, with Mirlinda Karçanaj and Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

So we have a change in the prime minister's relationship with justice, we don't know why it happened, whether until yesterday he had information about these people who were going to be hit and he released them before justice hit them, or because he didn't feel implicated and now he has decided to protect them.

This remains to be seen over time. Until yesterday he had decided to maintain a stance like: my associates are eating pears behind my back and the responsibility is individual. Now he has decided to protect all those affected by justice. Today, as we speak, the director of AKSHI is Karcanaj. Today, as we speak, even though she is a defendant, Belinda Balluku remains the deputy prime minister.
