Teacher Shpend Gashi, invited to News24 explained the police stop at the protest.

Gashi expressed his pity for those who stopped him, because he understands that they do that job for a salary. He explained that he told a police officer to be careful with the ladies and that the officer replied "are you brave?" and at that moment he was escorted to the police station.

According to him, Rama has taken the lives of Albanian citizens hostage.

"I forgave the civilians, Rama has taken my life hostage. I choose to embody those people who laid hands on me for a salary. I was doing my job as a reporter. I see that a policeman came, the lady hit the policeman and he intervened badly. I said to him, Chief, be careful with the ladies. You are brave, he told me. Since you are brave, he told me to come to the police station. I did not put up any resistance. At the police station, they gave us coffee, they told us, professor, don't be upset," said Gashi.

He emphasized that the protest must complete its mission, that of removing this corrupt government.
