After Prime Minister Edi Rama's harsh reaction to the protesters, who he described as Germans from the Nazi era or representatives of Golden Dawn, comes a counter-response from analyst Genc Burimi.
The latter calls the epithets used by Rama, which he addresses to Albanian protesters who have been holding a peaceful protest in Tirana for 3 days against construction in Zvërnec, a scandalous insult.
"It is the most scandalous insult, one that opens the stomach and pulls out the intestines with disgust, this comparison that Rama makes to the peaceful Albanian protesters with the Nazis of Kristallnacht of November 38 when the massive anti-Jewish program took place throughout Germany. How can this Prime Minister go so far in the imagination of horror that only a hatred towards his own, towards Albanians, can explain?!", writes Burimi.
