The protester has warned that patronage activists should stay away from this protest and not provoke.
At the rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the protester called for Ed Rama to resign.
"Resign. We know that you are bringing a provocateur here, that you will cause unrest, but the entire Albanian people are here," he said.
