The participation of former KLA fighter Dritan Goxhaj in the 23rd consecutive protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where he read out citizens' demands, has sparked a strong public clash with the head of government.

Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted by publishing a document that, according to him, questioned Goxhaj's contribution to the Kosovo war.

However, the response from Goxhaj's supporters was immediate. Another official document has been discovered in the media and social networks, which confirms that Goxhaj served in the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army from March 1, 1999 until the end of the war, even holding the position of battalion commander.

While the debate and "war of documents" continues to rage in public, official institutions have yet to take a position on their authenticity.
