"Employment and transparent administration!" This was one of the promises of Prime Minister Edi Rama during his time in opposition, something he apparently forgot along the way.
At a time when Albanians are now demanding his resignation, Rama once promised soft loans for the homeless, as well as 100% paved roads, promises that are far from reality.
