Madrid residents are mourning the loss of veteran basketball forward Paniagua, who has passed away at the age of 78.

He left behind a great legacy in the Real Madrid team, where he played from 1966 to 1977 and contributed decisively to the club's many successes.

During his career, Paniagua won a total of 21 titles, including 10 championships, 7 Cups, 3 Champions Leagues and an Intercontinental Cup, cementing his place as one of the most prominent figures in the history of Real Madrid and Spanish basketball.
