The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) has issued a verdict of conviction for five members of a criminal group, a trial that took place as part of the large investigative file codenamed "Revanshi".

The defendants benefited from a summary trial, which resulted in a reduction of one-third of the sentence for each of them. According to the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, Adrian Pikli (former RENEA special forces operative) and Devis Bajramaj were initially sentenced to 10 years in prison, a sentence which was reduced to 6.8 years in prison for each.

On the other hand, Elvis Ndreca (son of the uncle of former socialist MP Eduard Ndreca) and Edison Muçeku were sentenced to 8 years in prison each, a sentence that was reduced to 5.4 years in prison. While citizen Armando Ndreca received the most severe sentence from this group, with 11 years in prison, which was ultimately reduced to 7.4 years in prison.

Members of this criminal group were found guilty of a number of serious criminal offenses, starting from providing the conditions and means to commit murder, cultivating narcotic plants, and carrying weapons without a permit.

From the entirety of the investigative actions and evidence collected by the Special Prosecution, the following criminal activities were documented throughout 2020–2021:

The assassination attempt in Tapiza: On November 4, 2020, at the Tapiza Bridge in Fushë-Krujë, Albert Zaja, in collaboration with other persons, attempted to kill citizens Durim Bami and Ervin Kodra with firearms.

Planning the murders: During the period May-July 2020, Albert Zaja and Edison Muçeku provided the necessary means to kill citizen Hamza Terziu. Meanwhile, during the months of July-August 2020, Elvis Ndreca provided the means to eliminate citizen Durim Bami.

Drug trafficking: In October 2020, Armando Ndreca organized and financed a criminal group that managed to produce and sell a quantity of 243 kilograms of cannabis sativa in the Lezha region.

Arms trafficking: During 2020–2021, Deivis Bajramaj and former RENEA operative Adrian Pikli were involved in the illegal trade in weapons and combat ammunition, selling them to people with significant criminal records.
