A Russian overnight attack on the Ukrainian city of Krivyi Rih, which killed an entire family, is suspected to have been carried out with a North Korean-made missile, two sources familiar with the matter said.
If confirmed, this would be the first use of such a weapon in the war in Ukraine in nearly a year.
Russia has used North Korean missiles against Ukrainian targets before. However, their return after such a long absence could indicate that Moscow has secured new supplies of missiles as it intensifies its campaign of attacks on Ukraine, one of the sources said.
