At least nine people have been killed overnight in Russian attacks on Ukraine, as Kiev has continued its long-range drone attacks on Russian territory.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian attacks have killed six people, while three others were killed in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Explosions were also reported in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, where one person was injured.

Meanwhile, in Russia, a drone attack caused fires at a Wildberries facility in Voronezh. In addition to the reported attack on the Wildberries site, there have also been reports of fires at power plants deep in Russian territory.

The latest attacks come at a time when fighting and air strikes between Russia and Ukraine have continued with intensity, with both sides increasingly using long-range drones to strike targets in each other's territory.
