Ukrainian drones suspected of being interfered with by Russia lost control and headed towards Romania this morning, the Ukrainian navy said.
Kiev communicated with Romania to avoid any casualties, she added.
Romania's Deputy Interior Minister has said that no other risks have been detected at the moment and that restrictions are being lifted.
Parts of Constanta and some beaches on the Black Sea and in the Danube Delta were evacuated earlier, local media reported.
