Dritan Palnika, former Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Agriculture, is one of the people questioned by SPAK as part of the investigation into the cyberattack against this institution.
Sources confirm that Palnika is the son of the sister of Agim Ismaili, former Director General of Prisons, who is accused of being a member of the criminal group suspected of being behind the hacking of SPAK and the release of investigative materials related to political and business figures.
SPAK suspects that Ismaili passed the materials obtained from the hacking to his nephew, Dritan Palnika.
The GJKKO has already initiated the trial process for Agim Ismaili. He is accused of involvement in structured criminal activity, illegal interference in computer systems, and securing and distributing investigative data, charges that SPAK considers part of an organized scheme to attack justice institutions.
Investigations continue to fully elucidate the role of the individuals involved, as well as any possible connections that may have influenced the realization and consequences of this serious attack on the justice system.
