The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has opened a call for applications for 40 investigator positions in the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH). According to the SPAK announcement, candidates who want to apply must meet several criteria, including being Albanian citizens, having a higher education in police, law, accounting or other branches related to the BKH mission.

Candidates must also have more than one year of work experience in law enforcement institutions or in a field related to the mission of the BKH, as well as meet the conditions of integrity, security, wealth and image.

The competition process includes cognitive, behavioral and logical reasoning tests, physical ability testing, an extended written test and a structured interview.

Candidates will also undergo a polygraph test, asset, background and security checks, medical and psychological screening. These procedures are not scored, but are mandatory.

The application deadline is from the date of publication of the call until September 14, 2026, 16:00 PM.
