The Albanian Parliament has published the agenda for the March 12 session, where the request for authorization to arrest Belinda Balluku is expected to be discussed.

According to the Assembly agenda, before the presentation of the two reports prepared by the DP and the SP to the Mandates Council, MP Belinda Balluku will speak.

The opposition will then present the report drafted by the members of the Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity.

Likewise, the parliamentary majority, members of the Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity will present their position and then it will be put to a vote.

This draft decision requires a simple majority of votes for approval.
