A quantity of TNT exploded in the early hours of the morning in a bar in a building in Tirana on the territory of Police Station No. 4, causing only material damage.
The bomb is suspected to have been set off by a previous conflict, and is being investigated by the police, as the owners are not making any statements. Security cameras show a person approaching the bar, dropping the explosives and leaving on foot.
