On the 74th consecutive day of protests in front of the Prime Minister's Office building against Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government, speeches from the podium have also touched on the head of the executive's positions on the Kosovo issue. A young protester took the floor to react harshly to the prime minister's latest statements, describing them as an insult to the liberation war and the will of the Albanian people.

The young man focused particularly on the formulation used by the prime minister that "Serbia lost Kosovo", emphasizing that such a stance distorts historical truth:

“The Prime Minister said that 'Serbia lost Kosovo'. This is not just wrong, but it is an insult! He said this, but it is not correct. With this statement he sees Kosovo as a loss of Serbia and not as a liberation of Albanians; he denies the KLA's struggle and the will of the people of Kosovo to be free, reducing the issue to such. This is a betrayal of a people!”

Further, the protester strongly placed emphasis on the fair framing of the history and sacrifice of Kosovo Albanians:

"Serbia occupied Kosovo and Albanians liberated Kosovo, so Serbia did not 'lose' Kosovo, but it was liberated from Serbian occupation!" declared the young man from the podium in front of the crowd gathered in the square.
