A serious fatal accident occurred this Monday morning on the Levan-Tepelena highway, near the place called "Levan's Roundabout".
It is learned that two vehicles, an Audi and a Benz, collided with each other, and the collision resulted fatal for the driver of the Audi.
The victim has been identified as Dashmir Beca, 55 years old. As a result of his injuries, he died at the scene and was transported to the morgue.
Other people were also involved in the accident. The three passengers in the Audi were taken to hospital and are out of danger. The driver of the Benz was also taken to hospital and is reported to be out of danger.
It is suspected that speeding may have been a factor in the collision, making it impossible to maneuver the vehicles in time. However, the exact cause of the accident is expected to be determined after investigations.

On the "Levan-Tepelena" road axis, citizen GM, 40 years old, driving a "Benz" type vehicle, was involved in a road accident with an "Audi" type vehicle, driven by citizen DB, 55 years old.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the "Audi" vehicle, citizen DB, died at the scene.
The driver of the "Benz" vehicle, a GM citizen, as well as the three passengers in the "Audi" vehicle, were transported to the hospital for medical assistance and are out of danger.
The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully document and clarify the circumstances of the accident.
