At the request of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, 10 assets belonging to Saimir Taullau have been seized.

The official announcement states that it concerns service units, buildings, land, structures and fuel.

This request, according to the Prosecutor's Office, was made based on Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes through preventive measures against property" and was accepted by the court.

FULL NOTICE- 

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, the movable and immovable assets of citizen Saimir Taullau and persons related to him were confiscated.

The request was made based on Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 “On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes through preventive measures against property” and was accepted by the court.

As a result, the following assets were confiscated:

1. Property no. 4/1, land registry number 8572, in the “18 Tetori” neighborhood, Lushnja, of the type “2-story commercial building, fuel and service facilities;
2. Property no. 4/2, land registry number 8572, in the “18 Tetori” neighborhood, Lushnja, of the “land + building” type, with a value of 9,724,582 lekë;
3. Property no. 1/527, land registry number 8572, in the “Loni Dhamo” neighborhood, Lushnja, of the type “Combined building 5 floors + fuel”, worth 22,330,105 lekë;
4. Property no. 3/1, land registry number 8572, in Plug, Lushnja, of the type "commercial building 1 kt + basement", with a value of 2,297,520 lekë.
5. Property no. 1/450, land registry number 8572, in the “Loni Dhamo” neighborhood, Lushnja, of the type “3-storey service unit + reconstruction of existing fuel station + gas station”.
6. Property no. 104/44, land registry number 3268, in Savër, Lushnje, of the “field” type, with a total area of ​​15.323 m²;
7. Property no. 857/28, land registry number 2087, in Karbunarë e Poshtme, Lushnje, of the “field” type;
8. Property no. 151/2+1-10, land registry number 3266, in Sauk, Tirana, of the “apartment” type, with a total area of ​​128 m²;
9. Property no. 102/22+1-6, land registry number 3266, in Sauk, Tirana, of the “apartment” type, with a total area of ​​96.17 m²;
10. Property no. 104/81+2-21, land registry number 3292, in Selitë, Tirana, type “apartment”, with a total area of ​​105.57 m².
