The identity of the perpetrator of the crime that shocked Shkodra today, where a man brutally murdered his wife, has been revealed. BalkanWeb learns that Shtjefën Ziçi has shot his wife, citizen Bardhe Ziçi, 55 years old, in pairs.
The incident occurred around 13:00 p.m. on the eastern ring road of the northern city.
The circumstances of the incident are not yet known, but the 62-year-old man has been arrested after committing a serious crime.
