The story that became part of the show 'With an Open Heart' on News24 of moderator and author Evis Ahmeti was a lady who, after the death of her daughter at a very young age, started a strong conflict with her ex-son-in-law. The latter had been divorced from the deceased daughter since 2020.
Mrs. Drita states that the girl has only been dead for three months and, before the wound of the loss has healed, the ex-son-in-law has started a conflict in their family, mainly against her son, accusing him of taking his car and raping his son. On the other hand, Drita states that the car was bought by her son and left for the use of the deceased sister, who used it for her needs. After the death, the son took the car again and from that moment on a quarrel began, which ended with threats and denunciations.
"I had a problem with my son, with the car. My daughter went to Turkey for a transplant. She came from the hospital on September 25 and I rented a car in Korça. The police took me to the police station on September 27, where they informed me and told me that I had raped my son-in-law. The girl told me to leave in peace, so that her child would not be separated from her father. When the girl cried for her, I was ready to put my nails in her throat. The doctors also tell me that he put his nails in the girl's throat, while she was in the hospital. All the doctors in Tirana know. I lived with my daughter and my nephew. I worked alone, as a nanny in Switzerland. I worked in hotels in Devoll and in Greece, I raised my daughter by myself. He could not raise my daughter. He attended the girl's funeral. He had the son that day. He said about the son; he is my property, the son too, until he turns 18. She "She came out of the hospital, the next day she came to Tirana, to be with her son, because he is involved in sports. She said; Mom, I want to spend as much time with my son as possible. Meanwhile, in a confrontation with her ex-mother-in-law, the ex-son-in-law said that there are no conflicts, but the car belongs to his son, since he is the heir. He said that he did not rape his brother-in-law.
"The boy's condition is good. He's had a better time now. The boy is my property, of course. I'm his guardian. We had left these problems behind with his mother, because we lived together. We had a good time. I had a good relationship with my brother-in-law. The car was owned by Brineda. Now her son has it. I paid for all the documents for Brineda's car. My son is the owner of the car. I have a good relationship with my brother-in-law, he hasn't raped me. Come on, he wants the car, take it, but it's my son's," he said.
