Images provided by BalkanWeb reveal the moment of the serious incident that occurred in Vlora, where a pitbull dog attacked a minor girl, only 4 years old.
The little girl was in the company of her grandmother when she unexpectedly came across the animal roaming freely in the area. The incident was captured by security cameras at nearby businesses.
The footage shows the dog roaming freely and at one point approaches and attacks the little girl. Immediately after the incident, several citizens intervened to help, enabling the animal to leave.
As a result of the attack, the minor suffered head injuries.
